The preservation project being built in Jaffa, at the top of a hill overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, provides the ultimate answer to this question. We took the monastery complex - an historic site designated for preservation, and entrusted it to the architect Pitsou Kedem. We formulated a vision that seeks to blend Jaffa’s timeless values with ultra-modern design that meets the Bulthaup standards. The result: “Mul-Yam Jaffa” - that renews an historic complex, preserves the views, tastes and fragrances of Jaffa, and adds a layer of international chic.

The Developing Companies


The Bulthaup Group was established in 1994 by the entrepreneur Ran Pressberg, and currently employs some 200 workers in its various activity areas. The group specializes in management, development and marketing residential and office building projects, and currently owns and manages thousands of meters of yielding assets. The group also operates in the retail field, representing prestigious brands for the luxury residential and office market, among them elite brands such as Boffi, Bulthaup and B&B Italy. The Group integrates its prestigious products into a large share of its projects.


Capital Platinum, founded by Asaf Oppenheim and CPAs Roni Zohar and Ilan Avrahami, is a real estate development company that operates in the Israeli and international market. The group brings extensive development experience, with unique expertise in financing real estate projects while establishing and managing investment funds for financing and supplementing developer equity. The company operates in the luxury residential sector in the Israeli market, in areas in demand such as Tel Aviv, Netanya, Givatayim, Raanana, Herzliya, Holon, Ramat Gan and Jerusalem. The group finances and develops hundreds of residential units and projects in the urban renewal field. It also has large-scale projects in the residential building market in Eastern Europe.

Pitsou Kedem is an international architect, an Israeli photographer and lecturer born and raised in Tel Aviv. His work is based on the modernist language of the 1950s. Kedem is a five-time winner of the Design Award and a regular lecturer in architecture faculties in Israel and around the world. In 2016 he was ranked 39 in a list of the 100 leading architects in the world by the exclusive “Design” website.
